Good cardiovascular endurance will also allow you to build more excellent resistance to fatigue and perform more extended activities. Thus, to prevent the occurrence of metabolic disorders and obesity, it is necessary to detect and educate regarding the importance of maintaining cardiovascular endurance from an early age. This activity aims to educate children on the importance of maintaining body resistance, especially heart and lung and early detection/prevention of metabolic disorders in the future by measuring cardiopulmonary endurance in children. The method collects primary data by measuring the cardiorespiratory fitness level using the Six Minute Walk Test (6MWT). General data samples were obtained by filling out questionnaires. The results are that children can understand the importance of maintaining endurance, especially heart-lung. So a child can better maintain or improve their immune system to stay fit in the future.
